Before any showings or substantive advice, Minnesota law requires that we discuss the agency relationship and walk you through the Agency Relationships in Real Estate Transactions disclosure (MN Stat §82.66). Per the August 2024 NAR settlement, buyer clients also sign a written buyer representation agreement before touring any home, virtually or in person. We'll send both before our first substantive conversation — no surprises, no obligation to continue.
